Bayport Marina FAQs

No, there is not. Since Bayport Marina is a privately owned marina, there are no public boat launches on the grounds. However, there is a public boat launch to the north at the Beachhouse Marina: 651-275-0229.

Sailboat slips: an annual contract is $5,460/yr.
The one-year contract fee includes: launch, summer dockage with electric, water, WiFi, all the marina amenities (heated pool, tennis courts, volleyball, gas grills, restrooms with showers, laundry facility, clubhouse and patio, etc.), haul-out in the fall with a bottom wash, blocking and winter storage.

Powerboat slips: an annual contract is $218.50 a slip foot for an uncovered slip or $231/$233/$235 for a covered slip or per the slip owner’s discretion. 
The smallest size slip at BMA is 32′ and the largest is 70′.
