Minutes of the Board of Directors’ Meeting
Bayport Marina Association
April 21, 2011
Special Board Meeting called by Commodore Michelle Lemanski to meet and greet Cliff Lewis and perform a walk-about.

Prior to meeting an introduction of Cliff Lewis, candidate for the General Manager position was made followed by a walk-about to assess the capital improvement needs of BMA (refer to handout).
Motion by Matthew, seconded by Marcus to call meeting to order. Meeting called to order by Commodore Michelle Lemanski at 7:32 p.m.
Motion by Marcus to approve Cliff Lewis as General Manager of Bayport Marina Association, seconded by Matthew. Unanimous approval. Michelle is having an employment contract drafted by Bill Kranz that will outline job description, benefits, and salary. The contract is for the one-year probationary period.
Motion by Rachael to adjourn, seconded by Matthew. Meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
