Annual Meeting called to order at 10:03am by Commodore Morgan Fudge.

Questions from attendees:
Q: Can the financials be put on the Member Only Section?
A: Yes, we will start adding them.
Q: Are there any plans to have a boater safety meeting.
A: Yes, we got a copy of what Sunnyside does and will incorporate our own agenda.
Q: When does individual metering start?
A: We will have the capability to do so, but need to evaluate how it would need to be in comparison to assessments and we would need to wait until all docks are complete.
Q: Where are we on individual insurance on the covers?
A: The overs are actually owned by the marina even though the members pay to have them added and replaced; therefore, the marina insures them.
Q: Why are the exposed wires on B-Dock not covered? Can we cover them?
A: Per the electrician that grade of wire does not need to be covered; however, we will look into covering the wire to increase the lifespan.
Q: Is there plans for updating the transient bathroom?
A: Yes, we won’t do a full renovation as of yet, but we are planning to do a nice facelift very soon.
Q: What slips are used for Mallards parking?
A: D-1 through D-8.
