  1. Check-In & Introductions  6:34 (all) start call to order.
  2. Consent Agenda
    1. Rachel moves to approve, Erik second.  Financials look good, positive comments on the new telehandler.   Approved.
  3. Status of projects
    1. Banking– meeting with banker for a $517,000 line of credit.  Signed.  Moved $300,000 to a 12 month CD @4.17% at that bank as collateral.  Note this is a financing decision not an expenditure decision.
  1. Bathrooms – Three design tracks now- (new indoor)  ADA Family bathroom in the current Women’s annex, and ADA stall/shower upgrades to men and women sides.
  2. Fuel Tanks- Temporary tanks and temporary fuel supplier found. Cost per gallon rate will go to market not contract for that interval.  BMA does not own the current fuel until sold.  Motion to approve fuel tanks bid – Rachel, Jim second.  $336,000. Exact amount on ground – hole dewatering and Veerdaroot hardware replacement  +/- $32,000.  August timing.  Vendor pulls permits.  Three week job.  Moton passed.
  3. Landscaping – You can see progress. Note some Buckthorn was reported.
  4. ADA Ramp. Letter sent to Let’s Go Fishing.  MN DNR $13,000 pre-construction grant underway, needed supplier ID.    Final approval needed this week.   Ramp order would be paid first.  In state ramp supplier found.  We have public transient dockage, members and Let’s Go Fishing that need an ADA ramp.
  5. Wi-Fi antenna poles to raised. Write up to be distributed.  Wi-Fi – can naming be simplified- name after docks.  Publish passwords.  EW to write up.
  6. By-Law changes. On hold. 
  7. Land In discussion with Kristen the owner of one contiguous lot.  There are three total lots.  Need impervious surface to drop below 48%.   Defer.
  8. Rain dances. Maybe spot dredging.
